This little purse is sturdily woven with tapestry strength cotton warp as the foundation. The weft completely covers the warp with vibrantly colored cotton, wool, and metallic threads. This purse is lined with periwinkle blue tencel fabric. Each purse Lark Erin makes is completely original and uniquely hand crafted.
The trim is a rare vintage jacquard ribbon from now-closed mills in France. Magnetic snaps are used to provide a secure closure and whimsical buttons were chosen purely for decoration.
This little purse is meant to be a companion. To be a special gift and a sturdy friend, offering beauty, whimsy, and comradery. Lark Erin hopes the future owner will enjoy using it as much as she did making it!
